as part of 𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒍𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅: (𝒊𝒎)𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒏, the artist 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐣𝐚 𝐠𝐮 invites a special guest to the project to explore overlapping food rules and taboos and imagine what can be cooked within them. guided through these conditions by the artist, the invited participant looks for a dish that fits—whether by adapting a recipe, finding one that already works, or developing something new. the process unfolds through cooking, conversation, and sharing food.

this time, 𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐥 𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐚 @tsohilbhatia joins 𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒍𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 at gmtc! 𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐥 is an artist and homemaker, co-founder of 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, and currently runs 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 @messmealsready, a food project in new york. 𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐥 will enter the conditions of 𝒎𝒊𝒅𝒅𝒍𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 and bring their own approach to food and cooking into the process.

this program is supported by arts council korea @arkokorea.
