the first action is dedicated to preparing the material. over the course of a full day, the ingredients for each batch are measured and mixed to transform the rum into the gel that will later be transformed into yarn and other shapes. rum will be provided, but visitors are invited to bring a small amount of rum or another meaningful drink to contribute to the mixture as an offering or gesture of intention.
